Kelly moved to Chatham, NJ 6 years ago after living in both Northern and Southern California for 18 years. Originally from Chicago, Kelly and her husband, Scott, have bought and sold their share of homes. With her personal experience, her previous work experience in real estate as well as her love of home design and decorating, Kelly decided to get her real estate license here in New Jersey. Sell Your Current Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home in all the right places and on all the right platforms in order to grab the attention of a large pool of prospective buyers, communicate with other agents about your home sale, host your open house, negotiate the purchase contract, oversee the deal from contract to close including handling inspections and scheduling outside vendors. Kelly can take care of everything you need, from start to finish.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. Kelly will make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
